  • In some other countries, we may charge certain delivery fees according to the distance between regions. Please understand
  •  We will deliver the goods according to the quantity of existing products in the warehouse. For example, if there is stock in the local warehouse, we will choose to deliver the goods from the local warehouse for you. If not, we will deliver the goods from our factory warehouse. Of course, it may take longer to transport
  • Local warehouse delivery may take 2-7 days, factory warehouse delivery 10-15 days or longer, depending on your place of receipt. After we ship, we will update the logistics method and tracking number, where you can see the product's logistics track at any time

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
