Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We accept online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and always strive to ship as quickly as possible.
Orders will start shipping within 2 business days, excluding waiting time for inventory and credit verification.
Orders placed after 12:00 am EST will start processing the next business day. Processing time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays, pending credit verification.
Shipping Time
Based on warehouse inventory. Products in stock at local warehouses are generally delivered within 2-7 days, if they need to be shipped from the factory warehouse, it will take about 10-25 days.
Pre-order products and free gifts will be shipped separately after arriving at the local warehouse.
Accessories will be shipped separately, and some accessories may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the shipping time shown on the product page.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. If you need expedited shipping, please select "Express Shipping" on the checkout page.
Shipping time includes processing time and delivery time.
Some items in the United States, Australia and Germany are shipped from local warehouses.
Shipping Address
iTOMA cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Once you place an order with Paypal, you cannot modify the Paypal address, so please double-check the address saved in your Paypal profile.

Order Tracking
Option 1: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please click on the "Tracking Number" and it will jump to the carrier's website to get tracking information.
